You will need;
1 cup of egg whites
3/4 cup of oats
3 scoop of protein powder(i use chocolate flavour)

Mix all ingredients together in a blender. After blending it until its a very smooth texture, heat your frying pan and add a little bit of oil and use a kitchen towel to wipe it all on the surface of the pan. Pour some of the mixture on the pan, it only takes around 30 seconds for each side and then flip it over. This if my first time making the PROTEIN PANCAKE, it doesnt look really nice but then it really taste great =D you should try it.
From this you will get around 40 grams of protein from the egg whites, 75 grams of protein from the protein powder so you get the total of 115 grams of PROTEIN in this meal !!!!!
