Today i went to coffee bean with my gf, edison and des(CUTLER) around 4 ish.. till 6 ish.. After my gf and des went back already me and tiah went to Yayasan Huaho to buy some groceries for my PROTEIN PANCAKE ! i'll show u the procedures in my next post how to make a tasty yet LOW FAT AND HIGH PROTEIN PANCAKE!
